The New speaker of the house and draft dodger.

“Perhaps the greatest debate undertaken by the delegates to the Constitutional Convention in 1787 centered on how many representatives each state should have in the new government's lawmaking branch, the U.S. Congress. As is often the case in government and politics, resolving a great debate, required a Great Compromise. You would not even have a job without this compromise John. If he does not even know the history of this great country, how can he be a leader in the House.  Oh and don't even get me started on the fact that he only served eight days in the Navy and left because of a bad back to play golf the rest of his life, while I had a free pass becausen of the polio I had but served four years and eventually had to give up golf because of a bad back.
